Everything is hand made or hand cut the same way it has been since the early part of the century. We simply do things better, we use better ingredients and a human touch to do everything. All of our steaks are wet aged in order to yield the best possible flavors and texture. All of our sausages and ethnic products are hand made, slowly, and with a steady eye and attention to detail. You do not find any of these techniques in the “rush to market” super markets and chain stores of today.
