the public with Quality Meats and fine Ethnic Products since 1924.

regards to the family---taste and quality ingredients are absolutely
king. Our products contain NO nitrates or preservatives
of any kind----and we make everything the same way we have been
since the early 1900's. These products contain almost no fat because
we use the best and leanest cuts of meat. Our dry-cured products
are Aged like a fine wine. When you taste
a Bressi product, you will be tasting a product that has been
aged to perfection in an ideal climate and humidity. Patience
is the key to success--in the entire year our products are made
in the course of a few very select weeks. Everything has to be
perfect for the curing process--however--the results and quality
of our products will astound even the most senior lovers of fine
food.

Story of Sopressata: Aged Perfection!
Our
Sopressata is unlike any other you have ever had. First---we cold
stone press our “supies” to perfection. This is a lost art. In
a world of mass production—we stick to our roots and make these
the old fashioned way! We also use the leanest meat possible---not
the typical Pork Butt. We use pure boneless Pork Sirloins--hence--their
is very little fat on our soppressatta. We use NO preservatives---and
we are the healthy choice for legendary taste. We also use the
finest ingredients—and the best all naural oil. Lastly—we age
our soppressatta just like a very fine wine. In the entire year—we
make soppressatta for only 10 weeks---the weather has to be absolutely
perfect. You can not mass produce this product. Enjoy!!!
