Signature Aged Meat Products:

Our aged meat products are stone cold pressed, hung and aged in all natural oil from Italy. The process takes about 9 months before our products come to market. In the entire year—these products are made in a span of 10 weeks—when the temperature and humidity are perfect. These products are very lean—made with Pork Sirloin—and contain NO preservatives!

Classic Calabrian Sopressata

Our classic Calabrian Sopressata is still made the same way that Antonio Esposito made it when he opened the store in 1924. The Sopressata is tangy—but not hot. The aged pork is tender and has a truly haunting taste as you eat it.

Fiery Sicilian Soppressatta

Our fiery Sicilian Sopressata is moist and exquisite. It takes on the traditional ingredients but also is categorized with crushed red pepper and Peperoncino.

Old Roma Sopressata

Our Old Roma Sopressata takes on some of the more “Roman” attributes of food. The original recipe also includes honey to bring the true old roma flavor.

Classic Calabrian Salami

Our Classic Calabrian salami is categorized by bursts of flavors that bring out the fantastic taste of this salami. Your pallet will thank you for the experience. The salami is not hot—but is a little tangy.

Fiery Sicilian Salami

Our Fiery Sicilian Salami takes on the flavors of our original salami—but also adds a kick through crushed red pepper and Peperoncino.

Tuscan Salami

Our Tuscan Salami (Finocchiona) supposedly owes its origins to a local thief at a fair near the town of Prato, who stole a fresh salami and hid it in a stand of wild fennel (Finocchio). When he returned for it he discovered it had absorbed the beautiful aromas of its hiding place and had become fit for the Gods. Naturally—our Tuscan Salami focuses on fennel and has a very nice, rich flavor.

Our Classic Calabrian Peperoni exhibits the diverse tastes of Southern Italy. Bursting with a variety of tastes—it is a sophisticated taste that is sure to satisfy.

Fiery Sicilian Peperoni

Our Fiery Sicilian Peperoni has all of the attributes of our classic blend, but also has some spice via crushed red pepper and Peperoncino.

Neopolitan Peperoni

Our Neopolitan Peperoni has the quality of our original blend, yet also has traditional ingredients such as heaping dried Prezzemolo and Origano.

Our Classic Calabrian Capicola is a time intensive, manual process that requires extra watchfulness and care. Capicola meat is not ground—it is cured as a solid piece. That is why the texture and flavor differs. The classic flavor is moderately hot—but not too much. The taste is exquisite and complex. Your taste buds will thank you.

Fiery Sicilian Capicola

Our Fiery Sicilian Capicola holds true to all of the Classic flavors—yet adds an added kick via crushed red pepper and Peperoncino.

Abruzzo Capicola

Abruzzo is known for strong flavors and strong hospitality. Our Abruzzo Capicola embraces that tradition through a bold taste and classic abruzzo ingredients.

Our aged sticks have a very rich and inspiring taste. Guaranteed to impress you and make you want to come back for more. We use only the finest ingredients. Low in fat. NO preservatives! Enjoy!

Calabrese Dried Hot Italian Sausage Sticks
Traditional Hot Italian Sausage air dried for at least 30 days. Than put in oil to age. Pork, Salt, Spices, Paprika, Sugar and more. Not too hot-nice and tangy.
San Marziale Dried Country Sausage Sticks
Bressi's famous country Italian Sausage is air dried for at least 30 days. Than put in oil to age. Pork, Salt, fresh garlic, fresh onion, various spices and bacon. Very nice flavor-great over a nice open fire or grill.
Dried Luganega Sticks
Treviso's famed pork sausage, whose recipe was codified in 1300. Made with a mixture of pepper, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, mace and coriander. Air dried and cured in oil.
Spicy Sicilian Beef Sticks
Spicy beef sticks that are rich in taste and tangy spice.
Mild Venetian Beef Sticks
